David Foell, AIA, was educated at Cornell School of Architecture.
He has designed in the fields of retail and residential interiors, furniture design, and transportation infrastructure.
Since 1991 has worked as Design Manager in the archi-tecture and engineering department of NYC Transit.
He has managed the design of $10-$100 million station rehabi-litation projects including such as well-known stations as 72nd Street/ Broadway, 116th Street / Columbia University, and the Bowling Green entrance.
He is coauthor of the book Designing Digital Space (John Wiley & Sons, 1997).

Daphne Bertol-Foell studied Mathematical Sciences and Engineering at Binghamton University. Over her senior year she collaborated on a capstone design project concerning the design of nanoscale electromechanical switches. She serves as an intern at space ink where she assists with IT management, graphics and web design.

Her mathematical knowledge supports the complex geometrical modeling of space ink design.

Furio Gerace born in Naples, lives and works in Rome, Italy.
He holds a PhD in material science and a master in chemistry from the University of Rome, where he conducted research on electrodes and electrolytes, including technologies for battery and fuel cell in electric cars.
In the last ten years he has been involved in IT as application developer, tecnical manager and application integrator. wwww.collabo.it
Furio's scientific / technological knowledge integrates with space ink philosophy, where design is the result of many disciplines perspectives and approaches. His specialization in material science and electrochemical devices contributes scientific knowledge to the work on sustainable design.
